Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

ServiceLine Pro ("ServiceLine Pro," "we," "our," "us") operates servicelinepro.com and provides marketing services to clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of servicelinepro.com and to prospects who submit a form, request an audit, or otherwise share information with us.

1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information.

a. Information you provide

When you submit a form on our site (contact, strategy call, growth audit, 10-Day Boost intake, chat widget), we collect what you give us. This typically includes your name, business name, business website, phone number, email address, service area, current marketing spend range, service interest, and any free-text notes you add. If you grant our team access to your advertising or analytics accounts (for example, through Leadsie), we receive the account-level data those connections expose.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit servicelinepro.com we collect technical and behavioral data through analytics tools, including pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, browser, screen size, time on page, and interaction events (clicks, scrolls, form starts, form completions).

c. Information from third parties

If you connect a Google, Meta, or other marketing account through Leadsie or a similar tool, we receive the permissions and data those platforms expose to us. We may also enrich submitted data with publicly available business information (Google Business Profile, company website) to prepare for our strategy calls.

2. Tools and cookies we use

We use the following third-party tools on the site. Each places cookies or similar technologies and is subject to its own privacy practices.

  • Google Analytics 4 — site analytics, conversion tracking, audience measurement.
  • Google Tag Manager — tag management for the analytics and tracking pixels listed here.
  • Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps, with masked input fields.
  • Google Search Console — organic-search performance data we read about our own pages.
  • LeadConnector — CRM and lead routing. Form submissions post to LeadConnector via webhook.
  • Leadsie — account-access management. Used to grant our team read access to advertising and analytics platforms during an audit or active engagement.
  • Netlify — site hosting and form handling.
  • Cloudflare — DNS and edge delivery.

Most browsers let you block cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may break parts of the site that rely on them (for example, chat or form submission).

3. How we use the information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver requested audits or proposals.
  • To deliver and improve the services you've engaged us for, including reporting on campaign performance.
  • To operate, monitor, and improve servicelinepro.com, including measuring traffic and diagnosing site issues.
  • To send service-related communications (e.g., scheduled call reminders, audit deliveries, billing).
  • To occasionally share insights, case studies, or new-service announcements by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.

  • Service providers. The tools listed in Section 2 receive the data necessary to operate. Each is contractually obligated to use that data only on our instructions.
  • Advertising platforms. For active client engagements, we share campaign and conversion data with the platforms running the ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Spectrum Reach, etc.).
  • Legal. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our clients, or third parties.
  • Business transfers. If ServiceLine Pro is acquired or merged, information may transfer to the acquiring entity, subject to the protections of this policy.

5. Data retention

We retain form submissions and prospect data for as long as the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period after, generally up to 36 months, to support follow-up and re-engagement. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and recordkeeping purposes. Analytics data follows the retention periods set by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (by default 14 and 13 months respectively). You can request earlier deletion as described in Section 7.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), restricted access controls, and limiting employee access to a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

  • Access, correction, deletion. Email us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or delete your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Email opt-out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service-related communications during an active engagement may continue regardless.
  • Cookie controls. Manage cookies in your browser settings. Google provides an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children's privacy

servicelinepro.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. International users

ServiceLine Pro operates from the United States. If you visit our site or share information with us from outside the United States, you understand the information will be processed and stored in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For substantial changes, we'll provide notice through the site or by email if you've previously shared one with us.
