These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of servicelinepro.com (the "Site"), operated by ServiceLine Pro ("ServiceLine Pro," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service engagements with ServiceLine Pro (Local SEO Campaigns, Google Ads management, audits, websites, and other paid services) are governed by a separate, signed service agreement. Where these Terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to help prospective clients learn about our services. You may view, share, and link to public pages. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, modify, frame, or use the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Automated scraping, data mining, and scraping for AI training data are not permitted.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, code, images, video, audio, and arrangement) is owned by ServiceLine Pro or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "ServiceLine Pro" and our logo are our trademarks. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Submissions and feedback
If you submit information through a form, chat widget, email, or other channel, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to share it. Feedback, suggestions, and ideas you share with us are non-confidential and may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
4. Service engagements
Paid services (audits, Local SEO Campaigns, Google Ads management, ChatGPT Ads, Apple Maps Ads, Yelp Ads, Meta Ads consulting, Performance Websites, AI tools, and any other listed service) are delivered under a separate, signed service agreement that defines scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, term length, renewal, and cancellation. This Site is not itself a service agreement and does not by itself create one.
5. Guarantees
Where we offer service-specific guarantees on the Site (for example, the 90-day Top-3 Map Pack target for Local SEO Campaigns, or the $100,000-in-missed-revenue-or-it's-free guarantee for the Growth Audit), those guarantees apply only to active, paid engagements that meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant service agreement. Marketing language on the Site is not a substitute for those criteria. If you want to confirm whether your business qualifies for a specific guarantee, please ask before signing.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site (including blog posts, case studies, audit examples, and pricing pages) is general marketing information and is not legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. Outcomes and results described or implied are illustrative and depend on factors specific to your business and market. Past results do not guarantee future results.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control (advertising platforms, partner pages, social media, etc.). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your interaction with any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ServiceLine Pro, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to ServiceLine Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ServiceLine Pro and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
11. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Hillsborough County, Florida, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You agree that disputes will be brought on an individual basis only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for unauthorized use, infringement, or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision in Section 11, the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
